DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
PayLess Apps Pvt. Ltd. (“PayLess Apps / We”) is committed to protecting data and privacy of individuals (“you”) visiting and using PayLess Apps’s website and platform. i. Malicious software identification; and
j. Caller Identification logs, which provide a caller’s apparent phone number.
PayLess Apps shall use the above information to measure the traffic of visitors in different sectors of our platform, assess system performance, track search behavior and make our platform more useful to the visitors.
Personally Identifiable Information
PayLess Apps shall not collect personal information without your consent. Submitting your personal information is voluntary and by doing so, PayLess Apps acquires the right to use the
information for the specific stated purpose. Incomplete information may result in PayLess Apps’s inability to provide you with the service you desire.
If you should choose to provide us with the personal information on the platform, PayLess Apps shall use that information to provide the service you request with the best recommendation available.

Please note that it is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of your user ID and login password that you hold and not disclose it to anyone you do not trust to use it properly.
Retention of information and their destruction
PayLess Apps shall retain your personal information as long as the purposes for which the information was collected continues. PayLess Apps shall then destroy the data unless retention is required to satisfy legal, regulatory or accounting requirements or to protect PayLess Apps’s interests. The maximum retention period shall be 99 years.
However, should you voluntarily choose to require us to delete your information from our database by following the procedure available at My Account > Delete My Account, we shall remove your personal information from our database immediately. Nevertheless, We reserve the right to retain your personal information to settle any financial arrangements or disputes between us, or to comply with our legal obligations.
Monitoring of Data/ Communications
PayLess Apps reserves the right to monitor all internet communications including web and email traffic into and out of its domains for the purpose of maintaining security of its systems, record transactions or to prevent and detect crime or unauthorized activities. By using this site, you agree to security monitoring and auditing.
